What counts as a match run?▾
Pasting your capability statement and asking us to score live opportunities against it. Re-opening a past run to review it later — or sharing the link with a teammate — doesn't count.
Do my teammates share my monthly limit?▾
Yes. Everything is scoped to your workspace. Scout runs by anyone on your team count against the same monthly total, you all see who ran what, and there's one bill at the end of the month.
What happens if we hit the monthly limit?▾
New match runs pause until the next billing period and you see a clear notice that you're out for the month. Your saved searches, alerts, hidden opps, and run history all stay live. Upgrade anytime to lift the cap immediately.
Where does the opportunity data come from?▾
The full SAM.gov public opportunity catalog — refreshed daily. We add the AI-generated summaries, structured requirement extraction, FAR/DFARS clause references with citations, and comparable awards from USAspending.gov. Every claim links back to its source so you can audit it.
Is my capability statement kept private?▾
Yes. Your capability statements, saved profiles, alerts, and bid-state notes are private to your workspace. Other customers never see them. We never publish them. Public share links cover individual opportunity analyses only — they never include anything you wrote.
What does the 14-day trial include?▾
Full access to everything in your tier — match runs, alerts, saved opportunities, the whole product. We collect your card up front but don't charge until day 14. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your workspace dashboard during the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no long-term contracts, no auto-renewal surprises.
What about SSO and access controls?▾
SAML and OIDC single sign-on are available on Enterprise, along with custom data retention and a dedicated success contact. Reach out to sales.
